Terms of Use

A clear outline of what to expect when you visit the site or reserve time with Golden Hour Studio.

Booking and payment

A session is reserved only after the required deposit is successfully paid. The remaining balance, if any, is due according to the invoice or written agreement provided for your session. Pricing and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may request a reschedule or cancellation through your private booking link when your session is more than 48 hours away. Deposits are handled at Sofia’s discretion and are not automatically refunded. Weather-related changes are arranged together when conditions would affect the experience or safety.

Timing and delivery

Please arrive on time so the available light and session duration can be used fully. Estimated gallery delivery is within three weeks for portraits and families and within eight weeks for weddings, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

Creative direction

By booking, you acknowledge Golden Hour Studio’s photographic and editing style. Sofia selects and edits the final images at her professional discretion. Unedited files are not included unless expressly agreed.

Copyright and personal use

Golden Hour Studio retains copyright in all photographs. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share delivered images. Commercial publication, resale, heavy alteration, or use by vendors requires written permission.

Website use

Website content, photographs, branding, and copy may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the booking service, interfere with the website, or submit unlawful or misleading information.

Liability

Golden Hour Studio will use reasonable care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, any liability related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
